This chair is now at the dining table so my husband can get up from the table using the arms. Put skids on the legs and the chair moves easily but not too easily.

This chair was reasonably easy to assemble, especially considering that we don’t usually do that sort of thing. We did have to start over for a step. It’s nice and sturdy- the armrests are great for my mom when she’s getting up. It’s very attractive and comfortable. We might get a second one.

I've had it for a few months and I think its really pretty. However, the minimal cushion it had is not completely gone. I only sit it for a few hours a day. Probably would buy it again, but it is pretty uncomfortable.

I bought these because my mom has gotten age where she needs a good armrest in order to easily get out of the chair, and in order to easily pull the chair forward when she’s sitting down in it. She puts the full force of her weight on the armrest and is Able to be more independent getting in and out of the chair. We all like firm seats on our chairs. If you like a super soft seat, this might not be the chair for you. For us, they are extremely comfortable and they look nice. My only complaint is the instructions that come with. It are not very clear. I got in touch with the company and they replied right away letting me know there’s a video with instructions. Instructions on the video are super easy and I was able to assemble the chairs within five minutes.

First things first: I like these chairs. They are comfortable and I sit on them every day - whether that be at my desk or while I am eating at the table. I am not planning to change these chairs but I do have some very important cautionary tales for prospective buyers.All affordable chairs feel a bit "off" when it comes to quality. It's sort of unavoidable these days but if like me, you need chairs and you don't have the means to invest in non-diy-assembly pieces, then you are probably trying to find something affordable that at the very least does the job....The screws fall out of these chairs. All. The. Time. Not the ones holding the structure together but the ones holding the base cushion up. Thankfully they are supported by the frame and stay on but this is something any and every prospective buyer needs to know. If you want to buy these chairs but are worried about this happening, I really recommend that you prepare yourself for the returns process by: attempting to assemble the chairs as soon as they arrive, purchasing at a time in your life when you know you will be able to return the package to UPS and even going as far to taking photos of the packaging so you know how to repack the box. If you live in an apartment, I do not recommend UPS pick up for returns as in my experience, they have never shown up and are not great at helping when you call for support. In my experience, Amazon's support and returns process is very difficult and stressful. So, if you're not in a position to take chances, I would not advise that you purchase these chairs.Second, and less serious, if you have a cat, you need to emotionally prepare to be swatted at from behind. I recommend placing a cushion or blanket over the gap while the chair is in use. My cat has also scratched these chairs up but I don't really care too much about that.Overall, the chairs look good but they do come with the standard, annoying quality errors that a lot of affordable diy chairs carry. If you don't have time to look any further for chairs, I recommend these but if you are in no rush, I would be tempted to suggest that you look for something secondhand or vintage. In other words, something sturdier.

I was looking for a couple, simple breakfast table chairs and found these. They arrived within a few weeks and were easy to assemble. They looked as advertised and are fairly sturdy. I saw some reviews about build quality, but I didn't have any issues. My only thought is that the cushion is pretty firm. If you don't like a firm seat, these might not be good for you. Otherwise, great chair.

about returning these for a full refund. We took delivery less than a month ago, and upon assembling the first chair I noticed the wood was cracked and split through in several places, but seller does not allow returns. How can that be? If I had bought them from I store they would not be able to do that. I didn't bother assembling the second chair because it was too much work, and I don't want them.The packaging was very old, plastic wrap had yellowed and shipping tape was dried out and falling off. Looked like they had been sitting around in the boxes for several years. They were difficult to assemble and I have good skills for this and have assembled most of the furniture in my home, including a number of other chairs, a sectional sofa and kitchen cabinets. When you try to bolt two parts together the holes have to be lined up perfectly which takes many tries, basically blindly, because you cannot see or feel the holes as they are covered by the fabric and wood around them. The foam in the cushions also seemed old and dried out because you 'bottom out' when you sit down, which means you feel as though you are sitting on a flat piece of wood with no cushion. The chair does not wobble and seems sturdy, but I gave only 1 star for this because of the cracks and splits in the wood. Wouldn't hold up over time.Hope I get my money back from this seller.

Very nice chairs that fit with our home made table. However the screws come loose from time to time.
