Edit: Adding in a 5th star for the bed springs... woke up to a failed overnight print after my front left adjuster handle fell off sometime during the night. Swapped out all 4 stock springs with the ones from this kit, and it was way easier to adjust and get the bed leveled than before. Thanks!Great upgrade kit. I bought it for the metal feeder parts and the Capricorn Bowden tube. I appreciated that it came with a replacement adapter for the feeding side of the Bowden tube. I did not install the bed springs. Saving that for when I need to replace the print bed.I installed this kit after getting my first clogged nozzle(my fault, too low temps in the gcode file for the marble PLA filament I was using, gcode file was set up for a different filament and me being a rookie at this stuff just tried it. Lesson learned! :) )Only way this kit could be better is if it came with a new adapter for the hot side of the Bowden tube, but I'm very happy with this purchase.

It was a little tricky to install, but with proper instructions I managed it ok. I have noticed that when part of a print requires a lot of switching between retractions and feeding I hear a bit of squeaking. Most of the time this doesn't happen, but there are times when the two steps are closely repeated where it's pretty noticeable. If the printer nozzle gets jammed there is a good possibility that feed gears will grind the filament down. If that is noticed it's a great time to check the bowden tube and the nozzle. There is less slippage with the dual gear system which translates to better extruder feeding. I imagine that this can lead to better print quality. It's a good idea to double check the extruder feed calibration after installing this kit too. I might also add that it comes with a few spare nozzles and a pair of bowden tube feed clamps. It just never hurts to have the higher quality bowden tubing.With the new bowden tube, better filament feeding, and replacement tube clamps more reliable printing is coming your way.

(YouTube is your friend here)Z-Stop will need adjusting due to the new spring heightThis upgrade fixed any slippage present with the stock extruder and the bowden tube is held tighter than before. The kit is NOT plug and play however. You will need to adjust the height of the Z-limit switch to make use of the new spring height and the extruder will need recalibration. As the kit does not include directions, searching YouTube will be necessary if you aren't familiar with the Marlin command line interface. Once calibrated, test prints have been excellent with the bed holding level over multiple prints. For the money it's hard to beat this upgrade.

I just installed and for the money I still think its pretty good. I bought mainly for the extruder frame because mine was cracked and I also wanted to change the bowden tube. The frame was excellent and the tube looks legit ( but how would I know).My only issues are as follows-No instructions or diagram, but its pretty straightforward especially if you have done any work on your machine already.-The bearing was not very good and I didn't end up using it as my stock one was way smother.-The bed leveling springs did not work for me at all. I knew they might not work with my glass surface from reading other reviews so I installed them with my stock bed and they are just to long. I couldnt get the bed to go low enough even with a thin build surface.Some extras are- Enough capricorn tube to do two machines or do yours twice. This is excellent!- All hardware is included so you can keep your old as spares or do what I did and pick and chose which is better quality.-Fast shipping. I ordered mine and received it the next day!-Cool color, the red looks sharp on the black machine!Overall I wouldn't hesitate to buy again

This is a great little upgrade kit at a fairly decent cost per bundle as well. The upgrade is simple following many avalible tutorials online.Springs (Install Difficulty: Low)The springs are very strong and have performed great over my last few prints. I believe I've done 5 prints and they are still coming out just as clean as when I leveled it. Biggest improvement over stock those springs sucked.Metal Extruder (Install Difficulty: Low):The metal extruder is also fantastic. It really locks onto that filament and can easily pull it with good force no matter where your spool is placed. Was very impressed with its smoothness and fairly easy install.Lastly, The tubing. Very straight forward and a nice inclusion. I wasn't experiencing any limitations with the stock tube but have heard it highly recommended so added it as well. Simplest of reliability mods. Highly recommended

On further inspection I found that these parts don't match up with the ender 3 pro or ender 3 at all, the springs are way off, the extruder replacement doesn't exactly line up with the fillament and doesn't provide enough friction to even move the fillament properly, and the Capricorn tubing doesn't quite fit right, I compared it to some other I purchased from official vendors and it doesn't match up.Based off all this information I have gathered I have had to change my review to one of a few parts of it being bad, to all of them being bad. I had pros about the parts lasting longer because it replaced plastic but if the parts don't work right to begin with how long they last really isn't relevant.DO NOT BUY THIS.

I was getting this cuz it had the capricorn tube and the extruder upgrade, and those were easy upgrade and what a difference they made. The springs were an added bonus, they are wider and more ridged/stiff. My bed plate doesn't have to be recalibrated nearly as often. I'm very happy with this purchase.

purchased as a gift for nephew. He loved it, and installed it within one hour. Would recommend to anyone in need of an upgrade for their 3D printer.

I like the whole thing and it wasn't too hard to install but the ptfe tubing is supposed to be pushing inside the hole through a clip on mechanismw which is very hard to remove and mine broke. Since I didn't have any black plastic tip for the ptfe tubing I had to buy another extruder which had a better systems for attaching the ptfe tubing.

It's good. I fixed my feed filament problem. Recommended upgrading this kit.

Installed tubes and metal extruder on my ender 5 and it works like a dream
