Aji is for lovers of good food!
I lived in the Amazon Rainforest and this is where I discovered Aji sauce. Now I cannot live without it. The cost compared to the markets in Peru is outrageous, but I become extremely nervous when the last bag in my refrigerator starts running out. It is a wonderful condiment with a great, spicy flavor.

Wow. As soon as this sauce touches your tastebuds, you are instantly teleported into the heart of Lima. I am an American who has been to Peru 3 times over the past several years and nothing else takes me back there like this Crema de Aji. This brand is no exception. If you YEARN for a taste of Peru, this sauce will satisfy it and then some.

Love the product but...
I love the ají Tari, but the shelf life is very short, I got the 3 packs and all expire on 02/2024, everytime I order this product, it comes with a very short shelf life.

A little expensive here in the US, but I miss my Peruvian Aji.
My family loves Aji Tari. We lived in Peru 18 years, and this Aji is our most missed food item. Goes great with grilled chicken breasts.
