Love this seat/kneeler. Comes assembled and contains good instructions on how to use. Just open the supports on both sides to use as a seat or turn upside down to use as a kneeler. To put it away, just push the little bar on the inside to fold the sides up. That's all there is to it. A great help for me in the garden and outdoor work. Good product and would make a great gift for someone who needs help in the garden or outdoors. Definitely would purchase again.

kneeing to do work in my garden was always such a strain on my knees, especially when getting up! This stool has made all of those problems go away. Your can kneel on it then use the handles on the side to get up. You can sit on it and put your gardening tools in the pouch where they’re easy to get to and out of the way. I used it this summer to replace sprinkler heads, plant seeds, paint trim, and change a tire in my garage. It looks great and saves my back from the the strain on my knees and back when working on hard surfaces.

I use my kneeler bench for so much more than weeding. It’s good for that, but also great for any thing you do that requires kneeling - cleaning baseboards, wiping spots on the floor, looking under furniture for your misplaced remote. The best thing about this little wonder is that it really does help you stand, once you are down on the floor, and it really does serve as a comfy seat. I think any number of friends have bought one after seeing how mine is so flexible.
