These casters were a perfect replacement. Check YouTube for a quick video on how to replace them. My 25 year old kitchen chairs feel like new.

Good price for five, although I thought I only needed one. Turned out that the stem was as advertised and fit perfectly, but the body was just a tad short vs. the originals (perhaps 1/32 inch) and so the four-wheel Chromcraft chair wobbled slightly. Easily fixed by replacing a second wheel also. To my eye the "tan" color was close enough to the original 20-year-old white that I can't tell the difference. The wheels I received were the double wheel type. Service was great - delivery in three days. Installation was easy, although the originals were so tight that I needed a pliers and hammer to drive them out. Probably unnecessary to persons with stronger hands.

These castors fit and work perfect as replacements for the existing castors that had broke on my twenty-year-old dining room chairs. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't think of looking on-line when my first castor broke so it was replaced with the only "thing" I could find - a poorly fitting black castor. It worked in a pinch and the chair was relegated to the spare bedroom most of the time. Age has caused the old castors to deteriorate and I took a beige one off that chair in the bedroom two more times. The poor chair had three black wheels and they didn't always stay on. Disgusting! The light bulb came on a few weeks ago and I was pleased to find these castors on Amazon. I bought two packages since I want to be prepared for future breakages. The color is perfect. It isn't the exactly as the old castors, because they have changed slightly over the years. I call the color beige.

Perfect for our kitchen chairs. Easy to remove and install very durable. I highly recommend.

Didn't know that my casters were worn our until I got these from Amazon. Now my chair rolls freely like it did when new. Funny how after time you forget that everything wears out. Eventually.....

I used these casters on a wooden stool I made. They work great. I bored holes in the stool legs and pried the snap-rings off the stems of the casters (the snap-rings retain the casters in metal sockets), and slid the stems into the holes. The fit beautifully. I'd definitely buy these casters again.
