It was very kind of them and they have rectified the problem of the missing hook. Very happy how the missing hook was handled, so feel it necessary to change my rating from a 3 to 5 as it would have been if I had received all 5 hooks in the beginning. The seller has assured me this shouldn't happen again. They are just like the plastic adhesive ones that we all have around the house, in terms of convenience and use; however they are far superior in their stylish appearance and their durability due to the fact they are metal.
