$9.99 is for 1 Set of Wrap-ups. Each set comes with 10 Keys (+1 thru +10, with 1-12 on each Key. The Keys are attached with a Rivet & String.

Do the Wrap Maths come with a workbook? (addition, subtraction, division, fractions, capitals and states)

No. There is no workbook. The problems are worked by wrapping the string to the correct answer like a matching problem. These are great for kinesthetic learners.
