Veluxio Premium Vapes Ceramic Tweezers

These tweezers really help me separate individual conductors in the Cat 6 RJ45 cord when they fall out of alignment after being cut low.

One tip on these tweezers broke after 2 weeks, the other after 3 weeks. I have tried to contact this seller saying I'm happy to pay for new tips, just tell me where to get them with no response. As there is only a one month window to return, I now have have tweezer I can't use.
