PhytoMulti with Iron, Iron Bisglycinate 18 mg, 60 Tablets

Excellent multivitamin.

Best supplements on market is what a physicians asst told me - high quality and 3rd party tested.

These are easy to swallow, little to no taste, the quality and quantity is great for the price. They’re a good choice for adding to your supplements. The added iron did not hurt my stomach or cause and other issues. I like this brand and have had great results with many of their other products

I've been using this less than a week and I already feel I have more energy, motivation, and I don't hit the wall or slump after lunch so far. I also feel more of a sense of calm and focus. I'm guessing it's the iron and supporting my overall health and a sluggish thyroid and less than optimal ferritin level perhaps? I don't have any stomach/digestion issues from the iron at all. Quality brand and product that is reasonably priced.

My husband and I both love them. I've been using them for 2 years now. This brand is great. Pre-methylated vitamins are a necessity for me because I have a genetic mutation called MTHFR that prevents me from breaking down folic acid properly.

** UPDATE: 6/8/16 **I am updating my original review below and now giving these vitamins 4 stars. My original review was in November 2015. I found out in January, 2016 that I have Lyme disease (2 years misdiagnosed, long story). After months of treatment and feeling MUCH better, I decided to give these a shot again because I thought maybe my heart palps were caused by the Lyme. I can now take these vitamins with no heart palpitations or any ill side effects! (I actually bought the ones without iron this time but they're identical to these, minus the iron). I still maintain they are easy for me to swallow, although they are on the larger side, and have no gross taste or after bite. I'm only giving them 4 stars because the magnesium is very low, so I still need to supplement with an additional vitamin for that. Other than that, I really like these and the fact that you only have to take 2 a day (unlike other higher quality brands where the serving is up to 8 a day!) I'm currently only taking 1 per day but will increase my dose over time.********** Original Review **********I have the MTHFR genetic defect and was looking for a good multivitamin with methyl-folate. These gave me some pretty serious heart palpitations. I get palps from time to time but this was all day and very upsetting. I know it was from the vitamin because the palps began when I started taking them and ended when I stopped taking them. This was only from 1 tablet per day.They don't smell or taste bad like other high quality vitamins I've tried and no nasty aftertaste either. They're on the larger side but I had no trouble swallowing them as they are coated and went down easy (and I am someone who has a very difficult time swallowing pills). There is a line in the middle of each pill too so you can easily break them in half.Overall, if I had not had the strong reaction to them that I had, I would have kept taking them. It's a shame for me.
