No, apparently you have to buy the (later released) stand-alone (i.e. no sisters, brothers or pets) Uptown or Downtown OMG dolls to get their respective handbags.

Has anyone received the item with various languages on the box?

Yes and I brought from Smyths purely because of the comments about the languages on the box. Nothing to worry about... I've had a look inside everything's in English and its beautiful! Whoever you have brought it for will fall in love with the whole experience.

Could you buy this for two children and they get half each.
