Like other reviews, you may feel concerned as soon as you see it and put it in the bag as it is initially folded for shipment, but it actually naturally starts fitting with the bag as soon as you start putting things in their appropriate compartments. The only thing that bugs me, is the little box compartments that are not attached to the base of the felt, but I’m sure that can be fixed. I also thought I may possibly need a base shaper in addition, not thinking it would support the base. The only negative is the center insert wants to stay in its folded shape and the Velcro that attaches it to the main organizer body, should have longer Velcro strips to make it more secure.
