Classic Edition World Wall Map Paper Rolled

we like it and we can trace world events now

I couldn't tell much from the small picture so I am writing this review to confirm that the colors are vibrant an the lettering is sharp and clear. Also to clarify that the map is NOT laminated. There is a slight gloss to the map side but it is not "lamination" such that you could write on it with dry erase markers. For our purposes, this was better because the paper was light enough to easily hang on the wall without curling. All in all, good quality graphics, nice size and our map arrived safely rolled in a plastic tube and then in a box so there was no damage.

The colors are very nice. It came rolled in a protective tube, so it was in great condition.

See what I did?I mounted it on foamcore with spray fixative. (So that we can 📍 our travel locations.)I made a simple frame and stained it.I put it up above the bar.Now, every time I go to make myself an old-fashioned, I can refresh my geography knowledge.I just wish the Rand McNally logo wasn't right over Point Nemo, but that's really nitpicky of me.

Good size, good value for $, and I like the colors (not bright).

Perfect size and good material

The map is as described but actually exceeded my expectations on quality. It was printed on heavy paper stock that is very smooth. I placed it on top of a very large bulletin board and we have over 100 push pins in it. When I removed it over a month later, the map was definitely re-useable- the push pin marks were very small and didn't mar the appearance of the map at all.The big surprise (I guess I didn't read the details well enough)- there are 2 (TWO) maps in the container, which is a sturdy, clear plastic cylinder.

I've been looking for a decent size world map for a while and this one is perfect. The size of perfect to fit over a bed or fill in space on a larger wall. The colors are not too bright and flow well with any style furniture
