where has this been?
GrovTec has a real winner with this product! I was looking to purchase a new front handguard for my AR for more picatinny rail space for a CTC Bluetooth light laser when I came upon this item. I bought 2!I put one on my M&P AR 15 and one on my AR 10. Really well designed. Just need to be a little mechanically inclined as it has 2 screw in pieces which make it really stable. I would highly recommend this product.Joe Bob Outdoors also came thru almost a week before the said delivery date.

Doesn't fit
The screws are too short and it does not set in the rail. Says remove the heat shield but then it won't fit on when you put the backing plate on. This might work for an airsoft gun but not a real AR, it's going back

Fits well, I used a couple drops of blue Loctite under the hand guard to keep it from working loose.
