Great for post menopausal women
I liked having this on yogurt or cereal and it gave me the effects I was looking for, it actually works like estrogen in the body so is great for post menopausal women.

Haven't felt the effects yet
My mother recommended that I try Royal Jelly. Not this brand but to try the product in general. Supposedly it works wonders fo arthritis pain and other ailments. And I know other people have felt the effects of this product but i haven't. I will say the taste isn't bad and it looks like regular honey but other than satisfying your sweet tooth i don't see the benefit of this product.

If you are looking for a great quality all natural royal jelly in a honey base product... this is a great product. I am a big fan of all Now Foods products and this one is another great product.

Royal Jelly same as honey
I bought this thinking it will give me more energy and feel much better. But I am not sure it is more than just honey. Didn't feel any difference when taking it.
