Can you buy replacements legs for this bed? My child only weighs 7stone but it’s on laminate flooring so I think the leg slipped.

I bought this bed for my daughter, she is also 7stone, the bed legs broke, a replacement was ordered again the same thing happened only this time we bought a big rug for the bed to go on top, because I thought it was the laminate floor, the bed still broke! A complete waste of money, I have now bought a wooden frame bed, the scrap man has the other! I should have returned the faulty bed, but had no box to put it in, plus the hassle of the first bed returning was way more stressful than it should have been!! If you have the box I suggest returning it and get a refund
