The size 12 fit my average size 12 year old. It stretches so I would size down if in between sizes.

I think you should size down because it is really loose but I got it for a project at school and it is for black history month and I pick Beyoncé so I need to dress like her so I got this. But it is really long and it sticks together and it is a bit hard to stretch it out
