Hinge
Still good after all these years. Mom approved. Sturdy for the money and easy to install.

Very poor installation steps, found out solution based on a different brand
Very poor instructios, I messed up my furniture because I thought I was doing it wrong, the key arm was on the other side of where supposed to be, I found out the difference while comparing it with another brand, I could fix it using tweezers

It works
I bought this to replace a Sugatsune soft-stay hinge for a drop down vanity table. It's not as sturdy-built as the original, but installed easily as a replacement. Durability remains to be seen.

Bought 8 of these - they worked for ONE WEEK!
Fail!! These are complete JUNK. Had a professional carpenter install these on 4 kitchen horizontal cabinet doors. They lasted about one week. Now we have to prop the cabinet door on our heads to get inside the cabinets! If I could sue this mfg I would! A waste of time and money on this product.

what I expected
easy to install, does exactly what I hoped it keeps the door snug to the magnets when closed, opens slowly and closes slowly.

Why do I keep buying them every time they break?
Installation instructions were not very clear but now I have it lined up good and opening well. unfortunately they break fairly easily. Replacing them is easy now that the holes are already there, but I’ve probably replaced them 4 times with minimal use. The plastic is brittle
