If dried really fast

This is my third Conair hairdryer. I am in my seventies, so have used a lot through the years, and this brand seems to last a good long time. I like this current one because it is very light and small, yet has more than enough power to dry my hair quite quickly. So far, I have felt no need to use other than the "low" setting. It is great for traveling. My old dryer, which lasted about 15 years, was the same size, but had more metal where the heat comes out, and they are all plastic now. That helps keep the weight down, but I will really have to be careful to not drop it!

I had tried this hairdryer at a hotel and was pleasantly surprised how well it worked and that is what made me decide to purchase one. The compact size is convenient for traveling and storing at home. It is a bit louder than I would prefer. There are only two settings, high and low. There is no hot or cold setting and no cold shot button. Even so, it does a good job of drying my rather thick hair in a reasonable amount of time and doesn’t feel like it is frying it on the high setting. Even though there are no attachments it doesn’t overly blow my hair or cause it to knot up. Also even though no ion my hair seems healthy, No fizziness. I recommend purchasing.

Works well. Had one before which lasted a long time. Nice extra feature: black rubber piece built into each side of the dryer to help prevent dryer from sliding across, or off of, the counter (all dryers should be built this way). Acceptable temperatures (warm and hot), respectively. Warm on low air flow, hot on high air flow. "Cool shot" button (blue) works pretty well to remove warmth from air flow while holding the button pushed (it will spring back, with warm/hot air returning, when you're not pushing it). Approximate measurements (holding it upright): 7" front to back (air output opening to air intake opening), 7.5" top to bottom of plastic shell/casing (11" if including the cord protector), 3" wide (widest part of dryer). Cord is approximately 53" from bottom of cord protector on dryer to cord protector area of plug (53" of cord that's actually visible). I hope this information is helpful.

I don’t dry my hair often so this small dryer has been perfect for the few times I need it. I do have thick hair and it dries it in 5-10 mins. Seems good to me for how small it is!

Value priced hair dryer, but it only lasted 5 years. Now suddenly it will only work on low.

Great easy blow dryer; it’s very light and gets the job done pretty quickly; if you’re looking to get a blow dryer in your house just because or to replace your old one, I would recommend this one, because of the price and decent quality you’re getting. If you’re looking for something a bit fancier, like something with more temperature settings or something real heavy duty - then I wouldn’t recommend this one. Overall, great blow dryer!
