A little goes a long way
You only need a little to enjoy the heat this product provides. You can feel it working. I use it with a stomach wrap and the wrap is dripping wet after my 1 1/2 workout. Be sure to apply 30 minutes before your workout. Great product.

Works wonders
I love this stuff. It really works well.Ab FX is not a miracle in a tube by any means but it REALLY helps you slim down in areas you apply it to.I work out and eat fairly so of course that helps as well. I apply Ab FX before I workout. It does the trick as far as helping to "melt" off fat and slim down the desired areas.It does get warm and sometimes itchy to the applied areas but nothing unbearable.I have gotten many tubes of this and I highly recommend it. My boyfriend also uses it to help him get ready for his competitions, to lose a little extra unwanted fat in areas.

It helps with tighten the skin, not much for definition. It's an OK product.

Been using this product for a week, results don’t happen that quick but man I can feel the tingly sensation and I like that it helps tighten skin! So far so good and the price you can’t beat. I used to buy another brand for $60 a bottle and this one works way better!
