Vibration dampening and noise reduction
This made a huge difference for me in the amount of noise generated by my basement heater hung on the basement ceiling. I put the pads in between the heater and the ceiling and it worked great!

These are good. Cuts out vibrations from the floor.
Bought vibrating chairs and needed a way to keep vibrations from getting to the floor. These dampeners are great but I modified them with viscoelastic tape and felt padding so the black rubber doesn’t leave streaks on the hardwood floor.

These are very effective but smell horrible. The smell still hasn’t gone and I’ve had them for a few months.

An Amazing Result
I've used this product under my diesel generator which has a lot of noise because of the vibration on the floor. After installation, noise reduced by around 85% which I really didn't expect.very surprising results and recommended product A++

Good quality material, bad vibration dampening
The build quality of the pads is durable. I live on the second floor of an older building, and was looking for something to dampen the vibrations of a racing simulator I use for gaming. I tested the pads against a sheet of EVA foam, using the vibrations of my phone, and also with a percussion massage gun, and was disappointed to find that not only is the EVA foam better at dampening the vibrations, but these pads actually seem to enhance the vibration compared to using nothing. The rubber smell is also overwhelming

Very durable, easy to use, dampens vibration well.
Heavy duty for industrial and home applications. Easy to install. After installation, had to check to verify a/c compressor was running. Results better than expected.

A real vibration absorber. Excellent !
The media could not be loaded. I'm familiar with vibration dampening technology. These worked exactly as I hoped they would. The inner absorbing material works as it should. The outer layer is soft enough to prevent skidding.I purchase the four, 4-inch squares and only used two of the squares. They cut very easily with sharp utility knife.My washer and dryer with the OEM plastic feet, would easily slide on my vinyl floor.Inner layer does the job it should do.Outer layer keeps the units in place.I glued the appliance feet to the dampers with a craft glue. I just put a wedge umder a side, then put a blob of glue on them ...and slid the devices into place (under each appliance foot) with a stick.Then let it set for 24 hours before moving or using the appliance s. I did this so I could move/lift he appliances, and keep the dampeners in center.Do your best to not just make the appliance level, but strive to distribute weight equally.Odor is typical of materials of this kind....just off-gasses. Smells like new tires.
