I have Grave's Disease and a gluten intolerance. One of the results of both are very weak nails, which separate from the skin and break deep in the middle of the nail. It seriously hurts and looks hideous. I also have both of my thumbnails starting to "spoon" which is also very disturbing to me. I bought this product to see if it would help, after I read all the reviews. I have been hyperloading it for about two weeks - at least 4 scoops a day in water. Which, by the way, is easy to drink as it tastes like nothing and it dissolves readily if you use lukewarm water and add it to the water, stirring as you go. If there are clumps, they will soon dissolve if you let it sit a bit. This seems extreme but the product has changed my life. My nails are growing and, although not fast, they are growing out enough that they aren't breaking off in the center and creating a lot of pain. I have been able to actually put polish on them for the first time in forever because the polish removal would always weaken them so much that I couldn't tolerate it. I have another bag on order and will continue to make sure I don't run out. In addition, I have started using the Bone Broth Protein. The results are still out on that because I am only a few days in but I am going to stay with it, as well. I think, as a bonus, my skin looks smoother and healthier, as well, which was not my main goal but it seems to be a side benefit. Highly recommend this product!

I have had a hair loss problem for well over 2 years and was,in fact, going bald. As a woman, it can be seriously disconcerting. (Fingernails have also been weak and brittle.) Along with a ketogenic diet, I have been using a scoop of this in my coffee every morning for the past 8 months. After the first 2 months, I and my hairdresser noticed that my hair was growing faster and I had new hair growing in my bald patches. Now, at 8 months, the texture of my hair feels normal again. Additionally, my nails no longer have dents or pits and are much stronger. What drew me to the product originally was that it is antibiotic and growth hormone free, as well as non-GMO. Besides the results I’ve experienced and what drew me to it, I continue to buy this brand because it mixes well, has no taste, and costs a bit less than some others.

I just started using it. I don’t know if it will help me yet. Will do a follow up. Arrived intact, easy to dissolve and drink. Follow up: I had been using it now for more than two weeks. Love the effect it has on my joints especially on my neck, back and knee. Thus far no allergic reactions. Less pain in my joints and my sleep has improved n will continue to use it. Recommend to my family n friends.

So, the flavor is nonexistent, which I like. I put a scoop in my coffee every morning and there is no aftertaste, no grittiness, no taste at all. So easy to take every day. And I have noticed a marked difference in my hair and nails. Both seem stronger. My joints don't ache as much now. I went to this brand after the brand I was using raised their price to a ridiculous amount and I have to say I like this brand better than the more expensive one. This is a good product and I recommend it.

After the age of 37 I happened to deliver a happy and healthy baby girl. However, I had going through a transition of a ton of hair loss, brittle nails, joint pain. I had seen a YouTube video from a famous model, Nikol Johnson who had gone through similar experience after having difficulty with getting pregnant, health issues and then she turned to taking Collagen supplements. Now, I'm not completely sure if its the same brand but it gave me the idea to look into it. After reading reviews of many, I decided on this one. The fact that it has no flavor and that it blends well with coffee is a plus. Like many on these reviews, I simply add it to my keto coffee in the morning...so easy! Even my husband has noticed the vibrancy in my hair. I have so much new hair growth and nails are growing strong. But not only that, my joints are not as achy as they used to be and for some weird reason I have great energy and my eating habits are better than they've been in years. This is in fact something that I know I'll continue to take and reorder.

I am reviewing this product after having used it for a week. I'll update later once I've finished this pack size. Prior to using this, I have had issues with hair fallout. I've tried hair, skin & nails vitamins and other OTC remedies but have had no luck. My nails, on the other hand, are generally in good condition. (Pun intended!) I hope that this product will help strengthen my hair and reduce fallout. After 1 week of stirring 1 scoop into my morning iced coffee, I see no notable difference in my hair and nails. I expected results in a month or so. I see that some people are using this to alleviate joint pain. While I didn't purchase this for that, I will say that my moderate back and knee pain didn't lessen after this first week of use. I am pleased to report that the powder doesn't taste like anything and did not change my coffee drinking experience whatsoever. The experience is similar to adding a powdered coffee creamer to your coffee that has absolutely zero flavor or richness. I stir mine into cold brew and it dissolves completely. My only gripe about the product is the zipper built in to the bag. It's very small and hard to zip shut, so I have this inside a larger zipper bag. I'll update this review in about a month's time! Update: After 1 month of use, I see no remarkable improvement in my skin or hair. I'm not sure how long that might take though, so I'll update this again in another month. As for the subpar zipper in the bag, it broke about a week after my initial review, so I had to put the whole thing in a larger bag.
