It's a SHOWER HEAD! I installed mine having pneumonia! I felt sick but got it in and a soothing mist steam to follow. No biggie on install. After using it for the first time I would say I'm impressed with the overall quality of the Fixture and the water volume β€” I removed both Water Savers prior to installation mind you so I can't speak to the water pressure with the Water Saver installed. The Fixture is mostly plastic, in reality other than the hose it's all plastic, the Diverter, the main Shower Head and the Wand Head are plastic which if it's not abused is fine. The directional swivel point on the main Shower Head is tight so it doesn't feel cheap, it didn't move position while adjusting the spray pattern which is why I say it's tight, that's a good thing, however it is plastic, so just treat it like plastic and it should last a long time. I tried to pry it out for over an hour.** A: Just to clarify for everyone, the water regulator is the whole porous looking white piece in both the shower head and arm. You need to remove the black ring covering this piece first, then the whole white piece. It's best done by combining all the answers here. 1st: use a paperclip or something else thin to poke in one of the holes in the white porous piece to lift up the black ring. 2nd: take a SCREW (not screwdriver), and screw it into one of the holes in the porous white piece.. a couple turns is good enough. 3rd: use a pliers or something similar to grip the screw and pull - the white porous piece will pop out. The shower head will require removing of the washer first. Flat head screwdriver under and lift should do it easily. **Q: Can you have both the main shower head and the hand held on at the same time? (As the picture looks?)** A: Yes. There is a diverter valve that allows you to run just the main shower head, just the handheld, or both together. **Q: It it possible to swap the hose, to a longer hose on the hand shower?** A: Hi MelThe hose does detach at both ends. It can be swapped out. **Q: Does this combo allow a lot of water to flow? Tired of weak showers and water flow. Is hose long enough to use on a dog in the tub? High water flow?** A: If you want a lot of water flow, you have to remove the water regulator. It's really easy to remove them. Hose by my standard isn't long enough to wash a dog but that is based on how high your shower head is in relation to the dog. We got the longer hose, which turned out to be a good choice. We need it to reach across the tub (to bathe the dog.) I will say, that on a couple of the settings, the spray feels a bit sharp.
