They actually suppress my appetite without making me jittery like caffeine based suppressants. I have only been taking one per day but will probably start taking 2 per day with my next order. I ordered some for my best friend and they are working for her too.

This product in general is touted as a weight loss aid. It claims that you don't have to alter your eating habits. I don't eat excessive amounts of anything, so I had high hopes - only to be brought back to reality. Moving right along.

WASTE OF MONEY

I took these as directed, and took the whole bottle. Absolutely nothing changed. This product didn't work for me at all.

I do not hate the product. I only wish this product was what I received. So what I am saying is "I will not order from this distributor again".I do like African Mango. I do feel that it helps with weight loss.Just be careful what company you order it from.Thank you AMAZON for correcting the problem on my behalf.

Not diabetic, but having blood sugar problems most of my life I had come to the realization that I would have to live with the awful symptoms of it: fatigue, nervousness or feeling jittery, irritability, concentration problems, weakness, confusion, etc. I started taking African Mango supplements (the Futurebiotics brand) for the reported assistance with weight loss (as seen on the Dr. Oz show) - didn't see much of that (lol), but noticed that I had an overall feeling of wellbeing. I ran out of the supplement and decided due to cost not to buy it again. I felt that I wasn't seeing enough of a benefit to continue. Big mistake. After about a week of not taking it, my blood sugar was all over the map like it was before.With many supplements, I'm used to seeing results within a week or two. I overlooked the benefits of African Mango because the supplement takes longer to build in your system to stabilize the hormone that affects blood sugar (about a month). Silly me.If you've got mild to moderate low blood sugar symptoms and are not on prescription meds, I would definitely suggest taking this supplement. African Mango is a type of African and Southeast Asian tree which produce edible mango-like fruit and nuts so provided you're buying from a reputable company, you shouldn't get anything weird.I'm going to continue taking it -- -- worked wonders for me!
