This amazing! It's smaller than I expected, but the quality is nice! It comes with a little funnel and poker to help you get strands of hair or whatever you are placing into it. The engraving is nice. I got this to remember my dog, Angel Baby Girl, my loyal companion for over 15 years. This is going to be pretty hard to do with my clumsy hands bc it is very small. But you millennials will have no problem! The little tools are absolutely essential, so I'm glad it came with that! The chain is not bad, either. I'm not using the chain, as I can't risk losing this part of my precious dog, but you can actually use the chain that came with it! I love the quality. Excellent! This would also be a magnificent gift for someone. Especially if you put something in it for the person already.

Ordered two of these. For myself and my daughter. To hold ashes of my husband who passed away recently. We noticed the seal around my daughters wasnt tight and the glass was raised. We returned it and received a replacement. The seal looked better. But when we tapped on it, ashes were coming out. The necklace is fairly cheap. I would recommend a better chain.I tried the same test with mine, tapping the necklace. Same result, ashes also came out. I like the look of the pendant so I may research to figure out a way to seal it better without something leaking into the inside. Or purchase an alternate pendant elsewhere. If I dont find a solution, will likely return product.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this! It came beautiful. Mine is a little scratch BUT that’s because I put another charm with it and they rub each other. It is NOT water proof or at least mine was not. I dried it in front of hair dryer and it’s back to exactly the same. It’s my fault for not reading it it was ok to get wet or not. I also used my chain I had not what it came with. I love it!

I was a little leery of purchasing this product for my pet’s ashes because I read a couple reviews saying that it wasn’t well-made and broken apart. Well, mine is looking great so far. I had the crematorium people fill it for me, so I can’t comment on that process. However, I slept with it on overnight without issue and enjoyed looking down to see my baby’s ashes are me, as if a part of her is always with me. I have another pendant that I can wear with other ashes in it, but I like seeing them and just hide this see through pendant under my shirt. I wouldn’t dare to shower with it on, as another purchaser did; it’s not listed as waterproof anyway. Lastly, being stainless steel, I’m hoping that I won’t have a reaction with my severe nickel allergy. Highly recommend.

This is actually more beautiful than the picture shown. With the ashes of our beloved Husky in them, it really brings the beauty to this piece.Great value- great item.

I do love this necklace for my husband's ashes. The funeral home filled it for me and so I'm not sure how that process went but she did say that the necklaces with openings like this usually dont have issues with coming open like some others do.I do intend to get a different chain since this one is made of tiny links. I've already had a link open and the heart fall off. It was easily fixed but I wouldn't want to risk losing the heart if it were to happen again.

Garbage the glass come off the front and lost the ashes. cannot get those back needless to say so now not only suffering from the loss of a loved one but this too. So thanks to your garbage product I have lost something that was priceless to me.Everybody else be warned of this, do not trust this product. worthless POS.

The chain broke on day 3. Since my daughter is wearing her fathers ashes in it, she was pretty upset. Cheaply made, and we are extremely disappointed, given the purpose of this jewelry.

This item is perfect. I have been filling them up with gold and it looks amazing!!!!
