Get replacements at emi supply dot com, or Harry Epstein tools, find Norseman 175-AG Magnum Super
emi has the individual bits, which I actually bought before ordering the set because I wanted to fill in my usa made dewalt set. I got lucky when this set exactly matched the individuals I purchased. Now I have also found the replacement bits at Harry Epstein tools. These are the best drill bits I have ever used, and the case they come in is also the best I have seen. The old set I bought at a big store, had a metal index and the bits always rattled around or fell out when transporting them to a job. I had ordered individual bits to fill in the empty spots in my old set and when I needed larger sizes. It is less expensive to buy this set than to buy 10 of the mid to large size bits to refill an old set. I did have one bit that got a chip in the tip after using it on my mill to drill a few holes. Luckily, these can be resharpened, unlike my old set with the pilot points on them. Now, I just need to learn to sharpen bits......these are such high quality that they are worth the effort.

Excellent bits!
I’ve only used a few of these. I’m very impressed so far though. They seem Sharp and durable.

Great quality
These are by far the best drill bits for metal work. I drill stainless steel regularly at work and as long as you treat these bits right, they will last for a long time. Well worth the money.

A great drill set for everyday use!
I use these bits everyday. They stay sharp and do a great job. I use them for mild steel mostly but as a locksmith they also get use in stainless steel and hardened steel. The case is compact and great for the tool bag. My first set lasted several years and the second is giving good service.

The way all drill bits should be.
Drill bits that run true, are not bent, and do not bend. Excellent!I bought a couple of these sets for use by students in our Auto Technician program, because we were getting tired of sharpening and replacing other manufacturer's drill bits. Because these have a triangular shank on them, they will not slip in drill chucks, even when used by students.Have only had a couple broken ones. I believe the reason they hold up (to abuse) is because they are shorter than normal jobber bits. They also seem to stay sharp, we have not had to resharpen a single one. Of course, we use cutting oil, but still...I am going to buy a set for myself also.

Good index--wish I could get replacements
These have been my "go to" bits for 4 years now... I use them frequently as general bits and have drilled through various materials that they're rated for. I've broken or lost a few of them, mostly the small ones. When you invest in something like this, you would expect to be able to get replacements. This is not a typical retail store set--this is made in America, built to last, tools. Considering our time is the most valuable thing we have, I don't want to use mine figuring out how to replace a few bits in this set. Also, not willing to part with the money for another entire set. So, stuck at the moment... Maybe somebody from Norseman will read this, do something with the feedback, and give us consumers a reasonable option. For now, I'm back to maintaining an inconsistent set of bits. Life could be worse! ; ) Hope this helps you--take care!

Great bits and case
Cuts flawlessly and you can see what everyone else says about the longevity and quality. 3-sided shafts down to 3/16 size. Excellent finish.Packaging design is excellent. Hard plastic case keeps bits organized. Bits are stamped with size down to 7/64 size. Case has size indicators on top, though in black they're hard to read in low light. Bits are very easy to remove and replace, but when the lid is on they don't shuffle. Screw lid has a rubber gasket to keep dust in/out and moisture out (may not be fully waterproof).
