The smell of this shampoo is lovely and it’s not so strong smelling and full of chemicals that it actually dries your scalp and hair out like other companies for me have.(Head&shoulders, loreal men, lynx, t2 tar shampoo, aussie shampoo and so many more) the quality seems very good and since using my hair has befome so much wavier, it has more of a natural shine and the texture of my hairs is now so much better. My hair grows so thick since using this too. The value is great, the smell is lovely and it feels and looks like it actually does something. My friends and family have also noticed and said about how healthy and thick my hair looks as a bloke in his late 20’s.

I am Caucasian female who has highly processed, dry and tangly hair. I wasted so much money buying all kinds of products in the usual shops. Never crossed my mind that something that was meant for Afro hair could be suitable for mine too. But something told me to buy it. I bought two different shampoos and hair mask. This was month and a half ago and I never looked back. I don’t leave product reviews usually but I really had to for these products and the amazing people who make and sell this. From the first time I washed my hair, my hair was easy to comb when wet, when dry it feels soft, beautiful and ends feel and look so healthy and not dry. I don’t even use rollers any more or styling products. Just let it dry and go. If you have hair like me that needs a lot of TLC, do yourself a favour and buy this product! If I could give it more than 5 ⭐️ I would! Thank you!

This has always been my go to shampoo for my kids abd and I. Smells soo great and leaves the hair soft. We have natural hair so yes this shampoo works. Plus I love shea moisture products.

This shampoo has been a fantastic find—completely natural and free from sulphates and silicones. It leaves my hair feeling clean and light for days, even with my physically demanding job where greasy hair used to be an issue. The fragrance is fresh and long-lasting, and my partner always compliments it. I haven’t explored the rest of the range yet, but based on this product alone, it’s excellent value for money.

For the first time my hair gets so much hydration. Hard water is my hairs enemy no 1 but this shampoo solves all of that. I don’t even need anything else - although I do use conditioner or hair mask and oil - because it leaves my hair smooth, soft and healthy. It works well to clean hair although I noticed I need to wash my hair more often with it because my scalp and my ends have different needs so it might bit a bit much for my scalp. I wouldn’t stop using it though because of the difference it made in my hair appearance overall. It’s actually shiny and it smells divine. The only thing is that I noticed a lower Yuka score compared to another of Shea Moisture shampoos so next time I might try the other one too. However I feel this is my fav shampoo so far

Excellent shampoo, doesn't dry the hair. I've purchased this probably 10x now. I have very long curly hair and it works well for me.

Unfortunately there is some very bad stuff in that shampoo. At first I liked it a lot, it seemed to make hair very soft and smelling good, but after a few washings I started to feel my scalp itchy and extremely dry, and my hair started to fall out in big quantities. When I switched back to my previous shampoo everything started to get back to normal slowly, except that now as response to overdried scalp my hair is getting very greasy fast after washing.

One of my favorite shampoos. It really does smells and feels good. One thing to keep in mind is that amazon broke the package and it's not the first time that that happens.
