Great Taste
This soy sauce is an umami bomb. Lots of flavor and smoke. A little goes a long way. We used it as a dipping sauce for Chinese dumplings.

Love this new addition to the pantry

Nice to marinate proteins and veggies and that’s all you need, but is pricey for the amount you get

I used a small amount marinating some salmon. Very nice taste after cooking. Be advised, it's salty. Not so much after cooking though. Use sparingly.

What can I say other than Shoyu is life and this brand does it justices. It it was cheaper I would buy it by the barrel.

Wonderful condiment that works as a marinade too!
I love this product. Love it! I've never even used it on anything Asian, rather I use it as a sort of marinade for salmon fillets before cooking them, then add a little more mixed with teriyaki sauce as a glaze as they're cooking. It's wonderful to use over sautéed or roasted root vegetables and brussels sprouts. It's a little pricey, but worth it.

My new favorite condiment
Excellent shoyu. More flavorful and smokier than others I have tried. Just a couple drops adds a nice complexity to eggs, noodles, rice, meat. A little goes a long way so definitely worth the price.

WOW!
I had read this shoyu was good, but WOW! Such powerful and deep flavor!It will be difficult to go back to standard shoyu after using this!
