Stopped heating
Put a few towels in here for my work day, went to use them and noticed the unit was lit up but not heating anymore. Big bummer!!!!!! Haven’t even had it for a year.

Broke after 5 months
This towel warmer worked good for me for the first 5 months..kept the towels warm..however..after 5 months the button broke on it & doesn’t get warm anymore..would suggest for anyone to spend a little extra and buy a more quality product.

This product broke after less than 2 months of use. Uv works but the heat feature stopped working.

broke after 6 months
I had this for about 6 months. it suddenly died with no reason. I just came into work and it wouldn't heat. I bought a different brand. can't recommend based on my experience.
