good piece of kit but fiddly to assemble
Good product although having to claim under warranty as makes a strange 'noise' - new part will not be available for another month. This is obviously very frustrating

Insanely big and heavy
Works fine and looks like it will last a lifetime. Built like a tank. Could do with rubber feet so it doesn’t mark you floors. Trying to register for warranty is a nightmare with firm demanding owners jump through endless hoops until I finally gave up. I just don’t have documents they demand because I bought it online. Seems ridiculous … how else would it end up in my front room if I hadn’t bought it! Sent them all kinds of serial numbers from device itself. I think they want to advertise warranty but don’t want to provide one.

Not what I thought it would be .
Had this cross trainer for almost a fortnight now and nothing has went right a labourious build when built nothing but trouble constant squeaking numerous times I have lubricated joints resetting the levels but to no avail grinding noise from not only the wheel but the arms as well it’s has frustratingly been took apart then reassembled also the console keeps glitching changing the programs as well as intensity even on manual Nordictrack I thought was a name I could trust may return I wanted to cover all bases before I either return /replace or call an engineer 3 times I have used for 10 mins a time squeaking and shaking was unbearable really annoyed at the amount of time I have devoted to this piece of equipment.

Does not honour warranty requests
While the machine itself was great, the company (nordictrack) does not honour warranty requests, made a request, they confirmed i was covered in writing, then went quiet, refusing to respond.

Supposed to be silent and smooth but Very noisy
Was fine for a couple of sessions now quite noisy and clunks on each rotation of the peddle, less than 2 months old, only used 3 times and cant use it anymore, have contacted NordicTrack who were sending someone out with some new bearings but heard nothing in 10 days now, wish i hadn't bought the thing now, lot of money parked up..i wouldn't buy another..

Decent but I am sure this was not a new machine
I am sure the one I got was where someone had given up as the panels were damaged and marked. See the attached pictures. It took up almost 4 hours to put it together and it is definitely a 2 person job. You need a mallet (not supplied) and a proper tool box, the allen keys they provide are ok but not good enough. You also need to be confident in putting something like this together and have the ability to read cryptic instructions.Once you've unpacked it and started putting it together there is a great temptation to pack it all back up and send it back. I would have done had I been assembling on the ground floor. As it was I'd unpacked it in pieces and carried it all up to the loft room, 2 stories up so it would have been an effort to return because of the cosmetic damages. As I said it's not easy to put together but then on the other hand it is a proper gym quality machine. Quiet operation, smooth action but a real job to put together (did I already say that?)

A bit of knowledge helpful to assembly
Needed some space and knowledge to assemble it. Once this was complete had to leave it for a day or two for the flywheel and belt to settle as on the first day it kept going really tight and squealing. But ok now that I left it to settle. Getting used regular.

Expected better quality
Unusable as the front hinge attachment keeps dislocating
