Q: If I purchased two sets of these lights, could I operate them all with one remote?

How do you get two sets to go on one remote?

Q: Do you have to unstick these everytime you change the batteries? Or can you change them without having to rip them off your cabinet?

What I do is use Velcro tape strip cut to size available at the box stores one side on cabinet other( fuzzy) side on light,works nice.

Q: Battery life......would like to use rechargables......should i order a battery charger with the pucks?

The battery life is very good IF you use a good brand and don't use them always on the brightest setting. I use Amazon Brand or Energizer. Mainly Amazon. I've accidentally fallen asleep with them on and still have lots of light left in the batteries.

Pretty Good

Put these in a metal cabinet I have screwed to the wall in my garage. No windows, so no light. These do a pretty good job of illuminating both shelves.
