Ghirardelli Chocolate - Dutch Process Cocoa Powder, "Sunrise" 15-17% Fat, Dark Color, 2 Pound Gold Bag

I make cocoa drink with this powder, or put in in my morning cereal, good stuff.

I'm still evaluating Cocoas but have settled for now on this Ghirardelli as my favorite. I make a daily cup for myself and even look forward to the 'sludge'.

Perfect!!! What more can I say?!

Very good flavor. Not bitter at all.
