Worked Well.... Then One Prong Came Off Into My Wall
At first, I was happy with the product as it seemed like an adequate replacement for the original charger for this piano. Though within the first two weeks one of the prongs that plugs into the wall got stuck inside the wall causing quite the kerfuffle. I am very delicate with my keyboards and synthesizers so I know that this was not a result of me being rough with the unit. This could have been a potentially uniquely defective unit, that I just happened to receive via chance. I would like to work things out with the company directly if possible.Update: 4 Stars - They sent me a new one with ease!
