I have been a hardcore polaroid customer however their acetate frames are of very low quality of late. The splitshot is a large fitting frame offering exceptional coverage. Better than the basic oakley frames in terms of quality, the o'matter frame feels very well made and put together. Should last long. Matt carbon frame with matt black oakley logo and branding is subtle and stylish. The splitshot here has an oakley everyday Prizm black lens. It has a grey base tint and is the darkest oakley lens at 11% VLT. Prizm tech offers excellent contrast and detail enhancement. These lenses are not polarized. Excellent price for a non basic oakley. Comes with a hard case which is always a hit and with a thin coated braided steel leash that is easy to snap into/out of the frame. Very cool.
