not too sticky
It didnot adhere well to the carpet over a thin wire, so wire still somewhat hazardous for the elderly lady

Absolute Rubbish!
Absolute rubbish. It’s a long, wide strip of poor quality hook Velcro. I have 3 different types of carpet pile in the house and it does not stick to any of it. It’s soo bad it won’t even pick up dog hair!
