Meyer Kitchen Hacks Oil Sprayer, 170ml

Easy to use once you follow the instruction manual exactly. Like it so much I bought one more to gift a friend for housewarming. Reduces oil consumption and especially makes dosa and omelettes easy to make.

I bought this 10X expensive small glass bottle with spray on it believing it’s from brand like Meyer and as because not too many people are looking for something like this, it will be costly. Once I received the bottle was shocked to know that spray nob travel is negligible and I have to pump it with lid to build air pressure to get the pump working (trillions or other manufacturer must be stupid to make spray that works without such mechanism).Worst part, with such huge cost and stupid mechanism if it worked, I would have forgotten everything but it’s too stupid to even spray oil. Tried too many times but never got any drop of oil from it. With water it was able to give some mist, but an oil sprayer designed to not handle oil is exceptional.

For a change this one doesn't click for me unlike all other Meyer product.The spray is little inconsistentAfter use the bottle becomes oily and we need to clean it after every use.If you don't clean bottle might slip.We need to pump the knob every time to accumulate air pressure which gets the spray working. This is something I don't want to do.While spraying little bit of oil gets spilled outside.With all these drawback I feel traditional method of using oil on the pan or tawa is feasible option.Having said that its not completely waste of money.Product is absolutely sturdy and shows that Meyer don't compromise on quality.I believe this is best suited for bbq .I need to try it.For now it's in the shelf and my Mom is not so keen on using it.

The media could not be loaded.  I'd written the review under the dotted line a couple of days ago but after struggling with it and watching some youtube videos on setting it up, we were finally able to make it work! The cap has a unique and a truly important role to play.If you're buying this please check out the Meyer website regarding setup or check the youtube video about it on how to pump the cap to get it to work. Sure there's a lot of mist when you spray it but it does what it says!----I got it just 2 days back and I washed it with warm water (as recommended). Today i put oil in it, ready to use it and voilà! It DOES NOT WORK!! Kindly help with the same. What a waste!

This has been a very effective product. I can use it in the air fryer, for bbqs and on the stove. Makes a fine mist each time. The pumping is a little annoying as the mist lasts a short time alone; but is enough for one time use. And then you need to pump it again. Some good exercise for the arms 💪 😄

Good bottle, extremely good for salad purpose, as you get oil mist. Like water evaporate you can see oil flying. ONly downside is this i think its dangerous to use near fire. Any young person may sparay and start fire. They must introduce some rotating mechanism to increase oil output.And all those having blockage issue, its normal in all spray. Use hot water , add liquid detergent, spray 3-4 times and it gets cleaned.Only achievement of this bottle is its a oil mist , really mist that you cant see from eye where oil lies

While the product idea itself is sound and great, the execution and built quality is terrible. The product worked just about average for the first few days and then recently it stopped working altogether and the whole apparatus just keeps leaking oil all the time. Absolutely not worth the investment at all.-------------------------------Update 1: The filter attached to the pipe that manufacturer had provided had gotten clogged. It was just shoddy quality. I cut the filter out of the equation and now the spray works nicely without any issues at all!Update 2: The bottle stopped working few days later.
