Great for adding flavor and also cleaning
I found that this works better than white vinegar for cutting through minerals in my hard water when washing dishes. I also use a little bit in my laundry. It’s also a great addition to meats when you need a little bit of a citrusy “zing” but don’t have citrus juice. I like to add a sprinkle to crushed strawberries or blueberries, cut melon, yogurt, and many other things. I also use some when washing some produce (such as grapes or apples) and let it soak in a sink full of water for about 10-20 minutes.

Multiuse and great packaging
Loved this product for soaking soap and detergent laden clothes; I also use it for cleaning the holes in my toilet that come from the tank to the bowl to keep it free of buildup. In the apocalyptic future, we may need this water and I know the tank is clean as well. Food grade is nice as I help my neighbor use is for her winter keeping prep. Great packaging!

Excellent addition to fruit salad or guacamole
I got this to add to guacamole and fruit salads to prevent them from browning and it works fantastic. I only have to add 1/8 of a teaspoon to six apples or for avocados and had absolutely no browning problems. It's like a miracle and I love it. It also gives them a slight tang which is absolutely delicious.

Best price on citric acid.
I like this added to water w/ flavor. It also works very well for cleaning hard water from ice makers, tea pots, and dishwasher.

Versatile product but expensive
This is a quality item. A must have for every home. Item itself has so many uses. From cleaning to food. I couldn't find it at local shops even though I live in a very big city. It cost so much online because of the weight to ship it.

Great Addition to my seasoning cabinet
This is the secret to making great homemade lemon pepper seasoning. It’s a large container, great value for your buck. It adds great flavor to your seasonings. The brand is great quality. Definitely a must have!!!
