Balloons are dirty full of dust, as they mentioned in Amazon it's an normal balloon there is no shining in our it's not matalic balloons. Waste of money. Most of the balloons there is no rounded neck, it's as been cut. I think it's used or returned product

I wish I had a 0 star to give.At rs 349, they delivered a packet of just ordinary balloons that would not cost more than 50 bucks.In the image they show it as shiny party baloon, but in reality, its just ordinary balloons.Had it not been a lockdown, as there is no other place for me to buy it foe my kids birthday, I would have returned it immediately.To seller, I would say, stop cheating people by showing fake product Images.
