Missing cards
Missing all the 59 cards and got duplicates of the 63s. How do I get those replaced?

Good, not great
These cards were the only thing I used to study for the MPRE. There are two boxes of cards and it takes about 8 hours to go thru each box carefully, so plan on 2 full days to go thru them all. I went thru each box twice, and it took me about 5 days of studying 6 hours per day to do so. I received a 131/150 scaled score (only need 80-85 to pass most jurisdictions), so these cards work. On the other hand, (i) the naming conventions used in the card are confusing (e.g., the author likes to use famous names in the examples, but that just kept me focusing on the names rather than the subject), (ii) the depth of the subjects treated is too great in some cases and not enough in others, and (iii) the card format means it's difficult to organize the material and put it in a logical framework without doing your own outlining. Thus, it's strickly a memory exercise. If you have a decent memory, these cards are very good for their intended purpose. If you don't, I suggest you use another format to study. If you really want to learn the Model Rules so you can apply them in real life (as opposed to just pass the MPRE), you may want to get a more conventional textbook.

A MUST for the MPRE
I've been out of law school for a number of years and practicing law in a single state. Recently, I had to get licensed in a new state and that meant taking the MPRE again. Even in law school I was never one of those students who could get by studying outlines. So I went looking for a flash card set and found these. They were worth every penny. I not only passed the MPRE this time, but got pretty close to a perfect score. These cards made up 90% of my review time, and gave me the ability to distinguish among the very subtle factual distinctions you find on the MPRE. I would highly recommend that anyone taking the MPRE, or just taking the class in law schoo, get these cards.

Thorough, Cumbersome
I don't know how much time you plan on putting into studying for the MPRE, but I put in a fairly good amount. And I'm glad I did. It's more difficult than many people will admit. If you fall into the "I'm just going to study the day before" camp, I wouldn't recommend this. Honestly, there are so many cards here that I think you really need at least four days for any of it to stick. I personally got so bored with this that I didn't even finish the second deck. It is the definition of thorough. If you can imagine a situation where the Model Rules would be called upon, the authors have probably thought of it before you and written a card for it.So my advice to you is that if you plan on putting in a good two weeks of study for this test and are serious about blowing it out of the water, this would be a good study aid. But if you are merely looking to pass it, there are far less time consuming ways to get the job done. It put me to sleep a few times.

A definite yes for the MPRE
I bought this for the MPRE. I started with Themis but found it completely useless (I was consistently scoring below 60% and sometimes even below 53%). I went through the flash cards in about a week and immediately (after just 1 day with the flash cards) saw better performance on the practice tests. I would definitely recommend this for the MPRE. I'd also recommend spending at least one week, preferably 2 or maybe even 3 weeks on these, depending on how many other things you have going on. It's very thorough, and repetition is the key. I scored 110.

I'll give this product 3.5 stars. In general, these cards were great and the questions really help reinforce the information you learn. However, I discounted some stars because I might have received a bad batch. My batch had some (1) missing cards (2) duplicates and (3) were out of order. So when I was reviewing the cards that have 2-parts the first time around, I would become confused because it would discuss one scenario than all of sudden talk about something completely different. When I would look at the card number, the second part of the card would be placed somewhere else in the pile. But overall, if you got a good batch of cards, then you should be pretty happy.

Most Helpful Study Resource for Preparing for the MPRE/Professional Responsibility!!
These flash cards helped hone in on all the model rules, exceptions and nuances to some rules as provided in the comments thoroughly and with enough constant repetition throughout each card and hypo question to really help understand the material and properly prepare for the MPRE - both efficiently and effectively! Thank you, Law in a Flash! Life saver! :)
