Guaraná (pronounced gwah-ruh-NAH) comes from an Amazonian berry that has been ground up and used as an energy supplement by indigenous people since time immemorial. It’s still used by millions of Brazilians every day and it’s the chief ingredient and flavoring for Brazil’s national soft drink, Guaraná Antartica. The soft drink doesn’t have that much caffeine in it. For energy Brazilians buy the powdered beans, which they mix with juice or in smoothies, or the capsules. I recommend the capsules because they’re easy to take, you get a consistent standardized dose, and it’s much easier to use than the powder, which is messy and doesn’t mix easily in liquids unless you have a blender handy. Otherwise it clumps badly and it’s kind of bitter. For energy I prefer guaraná to coffee because it helps fight fatigue and keeps me awake and alert for 4 - 6 hours without jitters. I’m not sure why that is but I suspect there are other chemicals in the ground berries that help counteract the jitteriness you get from pure caffeine. Anyway, try it. You’ll like it if it works for you. It doesn’t seem to for everyone – may have to do with your own body chemistry or something about your body’s caffeine receptors. But it almost always works for me and it’s been very helpful. It’s also not very expensive although the madman’s tariffs will probably cause an increase in price. Still, for a nice non-jittery boost it’s worth it!

I used Guarana many many years (decades lol) ago when Herbalife first came out and loved it I felt amazing. I was very upset when they took it off the market. After using energy drinks and various other energy pills such as stackers, I decided to try just Guarana again, and I’m very glad I did. These give you energy and I’ve noticed a big difference in appetite. It really diminishes appetite. I still get hungry but really only want a couple bites. Another thing is no jitters. I take two in the morning to workout and it gives me energy through lunch. So I take another two around 12:30 and I have energy all evening. I feel good again and alert, the fog is gone. At night I sometimes have to take something to help me sleep. Ashwaganda is wonderful for that. No grogginess and good sleep. Anyway, that is my review. I might also add I’ve been athletic my whole life and stopped working out the last few years, this has given me the get go to start again, I moved my gazelle to the kitchen haha and the kids work out too, it’s great 😊

I love guarana but if I take 3, I get nauseated. But if I take less, it doesn't combat my fatigue. I'm going back to another brand.

I tried all types of Caffeine sources and Guarana contains Theophylline and Theobromine so you're going to definitely feel the benefits and side effects. I also think it is very strong for one pill. I think I'll switch back to Caffeine Anhydrous and a weekly cup of Coffee. Also, when taking a break from it. Have a beverage with electrolytes. Take some Magnesium, Vitamin D, or Riboflavin in case of a headache.

Works impressively well and all without the jitters! Matcha powder usually is my go-to. But this stuff is even better! Love! Love! Love!
