Annoyed with service but nice product in end
First of all i was not in for the parcel and the driver dropped it over gate from a height as gate was locked, which clearly states its a light! The item does not even come inside another box to protect, to which means all shipping labels are stuck to box and dont peel off and box looks a mess due to that. So as a early xmas buyer I'm not happy... Had to open to see if broken... Which it wasnt and looks good product.

Love love love
I was so worried when I ordered this thinking it was going to be crap how wrong was I absolutely love it I'll leave it on all the time near the place where we make tea and coffee my video I have done the best I can but I don't think it does it justice it's so much better in person no way disappointed

Great product, but no packaging!
Bought this for my friend for secret Santa which she will love! But only problem I found was that it wasn’t even packaged up, so anyone could of seen what it was and easily could of took it if they wanted to! Definitely package them up for future please👍🏽.

Looks good but so small and only the middle lights up. Short cable. Daughter loves it because she is a friends fanatic but I felt disappointed.
