Overall a great ergonomic office chair
I have purchased several $300+ chairs over the past few years and decided to give this one a shot based on the reviews here on Amazon. I needed a chair to use in my office space and I figured this one would do just fine. I'm going to break down everything about the chair separately below. Assembly: The chair was easy to put together a came with a quick instruction guide showing all the included hardware as well as detailed photos showing step by step what to do. I put it together in about 15-20 minutes while watching Netflix going fairly slow. I had no issues using the included hex screw to assemble the chair and didn't really need help from a 2nd person either so that was nice. Comfort: The chair is very comfortable and has both a mesh bottom and back piece, along with a neck rest that is adjustable. I like that the lumbar support basically is the entire size of the chair and not a small pillow like you might see included with others chairs. Adjustments: The chair has built in plastic handles to adjust the seat forward and back, the seat up and down and a locking mechanism for the back of the chair. You can lock the back piece in place or leave it open allowing you to let the back move with you as you recline. You can adjust the armrests up and down or slightly angle them inward or outward which is a nice feature to have. My only con would be it may lack some slight upper back support vs. other chairs out there. You may have to adjust the seat forward or back to get this at a comfort level you are happy with. I'd say for the price point though, this is a great value and better then another gaming chair I paid $300+ for in the past.

Overall worth it
Overall, I think it was worth it. Has pretty good features. Pros: VERY easy to assemble. You slide a few pieces into place and you tighten some screws, that's it. Pretty comfortable. Easily adjustable. Also, very adjustable. Everything feels adjustable on this chair. Back angle, chair height, you can lock the wheels, armchair height, armchair angle. Wide variance in the height, won't have any problems fitting it to any desks. Cons: The mesh material is comfortable enough but feels bad on bare skin. The adjust for reclining backwards is often hard to control. it's not super easy to get it to one spot then keep it there. The lower back support is very aggressive, digs in. I could see how some people may not like it. Overall it's a good chair and worth the money. This is what i would expect for about this price point. 4.5/5

Good chair at this price point - but extremely slow shipping.
Pros: This is a good chair for the money. Comfortable and has good lumbar support. Seems sturdy enough but time will tell how well it holds up. The box arrived very beat up and I was concerned there many have been damage but thankfully none I could assess. I think this speaks to the quality of the materials which are predominately plastic but heavy duty for the most part. Assembly was straight forward but attaching the back might require an additional person depending on one's agility and strength. Cons: The armrests pads are very hard. I had to push into them to determine that they were actually padded because they feel like hard plastic. I ordered some slip on memory foam pads so hopefully that will prove a remedy. For me the stock arm rest is quite uncomfortable. As mentioned by another reviewer, the tilt adjustment is difficult to work with. Occasionally I have to pull on the chair back to release the lock. This is either a defect or more likely a design flaw If I would have tried out this chair in a store, either one of these issues would have been a deal breaker. Not related to the actual chair is the shipping and lack of transparency by the seller regarding shipping. I purchased the chair on Dec 6 and received notification from amazon that it shipped on Dec 7 and was expected to arrive within a week. Further tracking indicated that it actually shipped to me on Dec 12 (not Dec 7) from a fulfillment company in NJ. Obviously the Dec 7 shipping date was from the country of origin (China or wherever). Unless clearly stated otherwise, when an item is listed as "In Stock", it should be shipped from somewhere within the continental US - NOT some other country! The chair finally arrived on Dec 18. I needed it earlier and would not have purchased this one if I had known it would take so long to arrive. Amazon needs to address this issue with all of the international vendors because this thing is happening a lot and it is too easy for these vendors to blame slow shipping on Covid when in fact, shipping from another country is the cause. Bottom line is if you want a chair like this in a timely manner, look elsewhere and double check the vendor's shipping policy.

Great office/gaming chair!
Okay so this chair is leaps and bounds ahead of my old office chair. I use it primarily for PC gaming so I’m usually sitting for a few hours at a time. Fully adjustable arm rests is a HUGE plus, the chair is very sturdy and pretty comfortable considering it being fully mesh. The lumbar support isn’t adjustable but you can move the seat forward and back to increase or decrease the intensity of the lumbar support. The reclining function is very nice and provides a nice break during long bouts of sitting. Pair this chair with a nice memory foam foot rest and you’ll be in heaven! Pros: very sturdy build, fully adjustable arm rests, reclining feature, looks sleek and stealthy, supportive Cons: lumbar support isn’t adjustable

Good product lacking finishing.
This is a good chair with required features. But its body lacks finishing touch there are plastic bombs with sharp edges which could cut through skin while cleaning it’s inner sides. Neck rest is easy to install but difficult to take out if you don’t need it. From usage point of view it’s comfortable. Adding a sit cushion would be a plus. The chair is heavy to move in case need to be lifted. Overall a good product lacking finishing touch...
