Large Elegant Reindeer Woodcraft Pattern

I cut out the pattern and used adhesive to stick to luan and cut out pieces to use as templates. Much easier to trace luan template than using transfer paper when making multple deer. Pattern was easy to work with.

Our daughter loves Christmas, but doesn't have a lot of space. These deer were absolutely perfect because they are easily disassembled for storage, but very large for high impact. I bought very large sheets of carbon paper, transferred the design onto a sheet of plywood. Easy to cut out, Easy to assemble. We can easily re use the pattern because the paper is sturdy. I was so proud of the finished product!! And she loved them! She decorated them to match her lodge themed Christmas.

The templates were great and the parts fit together perfect. But what sucks is that you have to cut out each individual piece to fit onto the piece of plywood and trace different pieces multiple times. It’s more time consuming than expected, but after several hours of tracing and cutting and sanding, we have some really cute deer for a Christmas decoration.
