Hello, we do not offer additional slats for purchase. If you would like to use this bed frame without a box spring as required. There are a couple of options. You may proceed with purchasing plywood and placing it on top of the provided slats, a "bunkie board" that will be placed on top of the slats, or purchase wood beams from the hardware store and cut them to size. Any of these options will work, but we recommend purchasing a low profile box spring as required.
