super comfortable and sturdy! i had previously used fold out mats that offer little support and feel like your sinking into the hard floor regardless of what you do, but this is PERFECT! actually is a comfortable mat and slip resistant. overall, i am happy with my purchase

Very cushiony but is slips off easily. I bought this because sometimes my knees hurt when using the 1/4inch mat, so I got the thickest one I found. It is very confortable to use but it slips off so easily that if you are not care, you might fall.

Big and thick!
This is much larger and thicker than any yoga mat I have had. If you're going to carry it around a lot you might go for a thinner one but mainly home use, I love it! I had a hip replacement last year so needed a little extra padding and this was it.

great addition to reduce pressure points when exercising abs
Before this mat i had been doing abs on thinner foam exercise flooring (the puzzle-style floor squares). I was getting some tailbone pain. Using this yoga mat cleared it up instantly, making my ab workouts far more effective.
