These wafers are great when sitting in my tree stand. Covered my scent pretty well I wound think, because I seen alot of deer up close this season. Loved when the wind would change directions and I would get a sniff of it lol. I hung it with the safety pin that came with it from my hat and my backpack. Great product

I've been using these same brand scent wafers since I was a kid, that's at least 40 years! We always hang them in a wardrobe or set in a trunk with our hunting clothes and gear and man they make a huge difference in scent cover. I prefer the acorn and fresh earth as the pine and cedar ones have come out sticky and smell like chemicals sometimes, so I'm glad Amazon has these wafers for sale to replenish my very old, tired, worn out wafers that after years of use have lost their potency. Will buy again when needed! Great value and function just as they did over 40 years ago.

These things work great - at least, they sure smell like dirt to ME. Do deer/elk agree? Impossible to say, but they sure don't hurt. My only complaint is they're SO smelly the odor literally goes straight through the container, making them hard to store. I've got my pouch in two freezer bags and it STILL stunk up an entire storage bin. Honestly, these things are so strong I almost feel like you don't even need to carry them. You could get a big storage bin, put a wafer and your hike/hunt clothes in there, and let them marinate for a few weeks and probably get the same effect...
