This medium to heavy duty double tom stand includes two tom drum mounting arms. Each mounting arm features a ball-and-socket fully adjustable positioning mount, which can be used not only to effortlessly mount tom tom drums but to also versatility mount auxiliary clamps used for mounting cymbals or other drum accessories. This double tom tom drum stand has several excellent and unique adjustable height capabilities. First, the two tom drum mounts can be raised from 23 inches to 42 inches (measured from the floor to the top of the mounting rod) per each drummer's personal preference. Each of the ball-in-socket mounts is removable should you want to use your own tom drum standard 7/8 inch pipe style mounts. Each double tom drum stand utilizes double braced legs for ultimate stability, and the heavy duty rubber leg tips help keep the stand from slipping out of place during all of your drum solos. The nylon bushing joint and the slip-proof inner nylon sleeve within the base pipe prevents metal on metal friction with in the tube and helps reduce those pesky rattling noises and swaying movements.
