I have bought 3 of these cases they are awesome and very durable it has skidded across the road and dropped out of my truck still looks brand new

Works just as advertised, no issues, no hassle, and was easy to install and secure properly following seller/manufacturer instructions. Quick shipping, arrived in great condition, and has been wet without water getting inside case. I have not had the courage to try submerging phone since I'm not covered by insurance, but for rain, or even a fall into about an inch of water, no leaks at all. Clear picture from camera. Only complaint is the fingerprint reader can be a bit particular, but that is preferable to someone accessing my phone. Has taken several 2 meter / 6 foot falls and no damage to the phone, case absorbed impact as described. Would recommend, great product! The speakers will be a bit muffled due to the watertight seals, you can open the charging port seal for clearer audio.

Great case overall. I chose this over other cases that I tested, but here is my honest and thorough review after also using The Otter defender pro, and the Beetle Unicorn supcase for the Note 10 Plus. I will start with the reason I gave this phone 4 stars instead of 5, and they are related to the pictures I have attached to the review. The inside foam that goes around the camera flash/flashlight appeared to be "crumbling" and when i went to wipe those protectors to make sure they were clean before applying the case, it started to fall apart even more, so I cleaned what I could and left it alone. This is something that probably doesnt happen often and I dont believe every case has this defect. Next, it seems as though there is some sort of smudge of glue or something on the bottom corner of the inside of the screen protector that I absolutely cannot get off. It is quite noticeable when the phone is on and off. Its not the end of the world but after spending the money on a brand new product, you expect it to be un-boxed in pristine condition. Again, not something every case has I'm sure, just happened to get the one with an un-removable smudge. Next, are the rainbow looking streaks that run the full length of the "edged" part of the screen protector. It is hard to see in the picture but this is on both sides of the phone when the case is on, and almost looks like there is water or oil between the phone and case, but I have wiped it several times so it is simply something to do with the screen protector itself and only on the edged sides. Again, not the end of the world, but still quite noticeable when using the phone. Lastly and in the same picture as the smudge, the screen protector has a bunch of grid like dots on it, its simply how the case was made, but would have liked to see the clearest screen possible on something like this. It doesnt effect video quality to a major degree, but still noticeable. Now, the main complaint people have about the cases with the built in screen protector is that the fingerprint scanner doesnt work very well, however this does come with a fingerprint film that is supposed to make it work correctly although I cannot give an opinion on this because I do not use the fingerprint scanning so I peeled it right off, but it does come with several replacements for the fingerprint film. The next thing is that people say it "Muffles" the sound or distorts phone call quality. This is SOMEWHAT true. It does muffle the audio coming from the phone from media and phone calls, but only to a small extent, and this is to be expected from a waterproof phone. It needs to be sealed from the elements in order to be considered waterproof/Snowproof/dirt and dust proof, therefor sealing up the built in speakers giving it a slight sound quality and volume reduction, but if you are worried more about waterproofing than the quality of your sound, this shouldnt be an issue as it isnt one for me. I still hear my media, ringtones, and phone calls loud and clear. As far as sound quality on your microphone for phone calls, I have not noticed a considerable difference at all and have tested this with case on and off. Some people have even gone as far as to complain about the clear matte finish on the rear of the case, but I personally see no issue with this and it wont get discolored over time like some clear backs that other cases have. Overall, this is a solid case. I love built in screen protectors over stick on ones (Turn on your increased touch sensitivity when using built in screen protectors for best results) and waterproof/snowproof/dirt and dust proof is always a plus for me since I do a ton of outdoor activities in every season. I even read that someone used their phone to take underwater pictures with this case, though I have not tested that myself yet. I chose this over Otter and beetle unicorn supcase. It would have gotten 5 stars if not for the minor things I mentioned in this review but I do believe that a couple of those issues are isolated defects that not every case will have (Foam crumbling, smudge, and maybe the streaks on the edge). I know this was long winded but I always like to be thorough when giving a product review. Highly recommend this case. Easy to put on, and does what its supposed to do.

The textured sides make it nice to hold. It does add some decent bulk to an already big phone so it doesn't fit in some of my pockets or bags anymore but I'd say that adds to the protection. Good quality so far as nothing has warped or started to bend out of shape. Both the phone and the case managed to survive being run over by a smaller sedan with the only issue being the camera cover popping off, which seems to only be held on by some adhesive. Main issue I have is that it can be difficult to open the charge port if you don't have nails to grip the little tab. It's also the same tab for the s pen so a frequent user would have some issues. Luckily I hardly use it and my pen is basically stuck. Also taking the case off the fingerprint reader gets dust so keep it clean or change the sticker

I do a lot of construction work... gloved hands, dirty hands, wet slushy hands... never gonna use a fingerprint to log in. Dropped it 4ft into a swimming pool while on vacation, no moisture whatsoever. In very dusty, dirty environments, as long as all the ports are closed, it keeps everything out. Sawdust, soil, sand, dust, debris, dirty compressed air - nothing has gotten in! FANTASTIC! Fingerprint reading - tried it, never worked right, but never missed the feature. Wireless recharging feature - doesn't work well on old wireless chargers - it "burns them out". Charging port - OK, YOU NEED A USB-C CABLE WITH A NARROW END... big ended USB-C cables will not fit. I don’t care if my hands or gloves are dirty when using my phone now... I mean filthy dirty (except for construction caulk, adhesive or epoxy). I wash the phone case with detergent & water all the time now... and I no longer worry about the phone inside.

The case itself is pretty cool. It is in fact water proof. Feels nice in my hand and I like the little tether. Here's what sucks though. The one feature that gets used the most, the finger print reader, no longer works. It did at first because I put it together skipping the step where you remove that little piece of plastic over the finger print reader. Worked flawlessly BUT you could see that little round piece of plastic. Then I read the instructions and saw that I was supposed to remove it. So, I take it apart, remove that piece of plastic and put it back together. Now the finger print reader doesn't work. I have the sensitivity turned up and still nothing. Even deleted my finger prints and attempted putting new ones in with no luck. Back to my other Ghostek case with a glass screen protector. Their aluminum/rubber case holds up well and with the Whitestone glass protector, it can take a beating in a shop environment. I think that's the better option anyway, as the a glass screen protector offers superior protection over thin plastic film.

I really like this case because it has a built in screen protector and rubber all around. I've dropped my phone a few times since I've had it already. I am not a fan of the clear back though. On speaker phone the sound is a bit distorted in certain circumstances because of no solid backing but that is minor. The finger print reader works great as well, which didn't at all on my last case. I also like that the S pen is protected and won't fall out but it's a bit inconvenient to have to open the flap when you want to use it...but that's the price of it being waterproof I guess. Overall I'm happy with this case.

Amazing replacement case, its the up grade frome my old one as the don't have it anymore. If you have this phone get it. You won't be disappointed.
