I love how it get with of hair but downfall is it pulls the hair and hurts my pet

I brush my cat and dog regularly with an “undercoat brush” but NOTHING compares to what this bod boy can do. The amount of fur that came off of my pets while I brushed them with this for the first time was shocking. Filled two grocery bags of hair from just my cat alone. My beagles coat is shiny and soft now. Cannot recommend enough.

After using this brush, I have nothing but great things to say. It has the same, furminator style blade but, the design of the handle means it's a lot easier to hold and work with. After using on my shepherd mix, I am beyond amazed with the numerous handfuls of fur this brush removed. It has drastically reduced shedding and the amount of dog hair I find around the house.I've been asked a few times how this brush compares to the Furminator.. this brush is 100 times better!! The teeth are just a tad longer, "sharper" and overall designed better. The handle of this brush fits nicely in the palm of your hand and allows for better control than the T shaped brushes. As for fur remover, there is no doubt that this brush not only removed the most undercoat and dead fur but, left my dogs coat looking and feeling great. Before purchasing the iLuiz DeShedding brush, deshedding/brushing was a daily chore.. now, I've been able to cut down on brushing to once or twice a week and my vacuum is no longer full of hair!

This is a great product, and the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because my cats HATE it. Like literally despise it. Everyone’s reviews said their cats loved being brushed with it so I figured mine would too. They scratch and claw at me to get away from it and they hate scream like they are being killed. It’s ridiculous because I know it doesn’t hurt, but they act like it does. So now of course I can’t use it or they will think I’m just trying to torture them. So for me personally, it was a waste of money. However, wow did it work well. It took away so much fur it was crazy. It was almost surprising to see they still had fur after you see how much it took away! Very good product and price. It is very well made. But my cats hated it.

The metal bristles hurts my pets.

I was hesitant to buy this because I already have so many grooming tools, however the reviews were great so I decided hey what’s another grooming tool to add to my collection? This was an amazing amazing tool. It’s different from all the others in that it’s very sturdy and simple to hold it actually works pretty good on long hair and of course super on short hair animals. I have four dogs a mixture of long and short hair dogs LOL and I tried it on all of them. My lab pitbullAbsolutely loved it as did the corgi. So that’s long and short hair ! It removes tons of hair effortlessly.

I saw someone on TikTok using one that looked like this on her dog getting tons of fur out, so I bought the one here that looked like hers, not expecting a lot. I have a dachshund/chihuahua/terrier mix (basically a long legged dachshund) who sheds a ton of fine black fluff, aggravating my dog allergy all day, everyday. So when it arrived early evening a couple days ago, I had to try it right away. My gawd did it STINK coming out of the bag, like horse barn, but I turned over and sides seemed fine, new wood even, so I used it. WORKED GREAT I was so excited. Then today, I got it out of the drawer, to get the brand name for this review (Fluffy Fido BTW) and what do I see, but that BOTH ENDS ends are mildewed. No wonder it STINKS. The smell is AWFUL!!! I actually have some Concrobium mildew killer so I am hoping to take care of that myself since the TOOL actually works well, and what do you expect for $10+. But BUYERS BEWARE!
