Whilst I like the case and it does exactly what it says there are a few problems. 1 the NFC chip cannot be used with contactless payments. 2. The earphone jack is integrated into the ctype charger on the note 10+. When plugged it the charger the chargers cport does not allow for the earphones to work. This is frustrating because as a business man I am on the road quite often and need to use earphones, unfortunatley my buds do now have to power to be used all day so I need to use the wired buds from time to time. This means I have to remove the phone from the case. Not good. If these small issues could be remedied the case would be perfect.

Love the extra power boost, really handy if you're out all day.However, I knew that it would bulk the phone out a little before it arrived but didn't realise by quite how much. Makes usage of the phone a little tricky due to cumbersome size.

Great case, very useful... although does sometimes knock off the wired fast charge and charges slow even with official charger cables.

Great for backup, but a bit bulky if you like your phones slim. Only has enough power to recharge the Note once.

when charging, the phone starts to freeze.

I love this case it's very helpful

Very large, and worked well too start but battery only charges to about 40% now (after 2 months of use) and is not fast charge.
