We love these biccies ..brought more than one as I need to give 2 to a nice lady who looked after my dog while I was at hospital ..she loves them too .

Just paid for a pile of crumbs.

The product is in tiny smashed bits, crumbs, really. Hugely disappointing as this is a premium cookie, but the attention to handling has been appalling so when it arrives, it is a very disappointing experience.

We opened three packets out of twelve delivered. There were five complete biscuits! The rest were shattered. The manufacture needs to pack the product better.

They were broken in so many pieces, ok for me to eat but definitely couldn’t offer them to anyone. can’t take a photo should have before I ate the pieces

An expensive way to order Granola. Evey busicuit was broken. Not a single chunk existed. The supplier would have known this before sending as the damage was extensive.
